Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These terms and conditions govern the relationship between the seller — Synaptic s. r. o. (the “Seller”) — and the buyer in the sale of self-activating aerosol fire suppression units and related installation services through the website bezpecnaskrina.sk.

2. Orders and formation of the contract

  • The buyer places an order by completing the order form on the website.
  • After submitting the order, the buyer receives an automatic acknowledgement of receipt by email.
  • The contract of sale is formed when the Seller confirms the order.

3. Prices and payment terms

  • Unit prices are shown with each model and are final.
  • Where installation is ordered, a travel charge of €0.50 per kilometre is added, measured one way from the Seller’s premises (Baka 530, 930 04 Baka) to the customer’s address.
  • Distance is determined by road route and the resulting travel charge is shown to the buyer at checkout before the order is submitted. Where an address cannot be resolved automatically, the distance is agreed between the parties or taken from map data.
  • Payment is made on the day of installation or by invoice — by bank transfer to account SK37 8330 0000 0023 0338 7520. Online card payment is not currently offered.

4. Installation and delivery

  • Where installation is ordered, the buyer selects a slot from the available weekdays and times.
  • The Seller carries out the installation at the agreed time at the address given in the order.
  • Where installation is not ordered, the Seller delivers the unit to the buyer.

5. Withdrawal from the contract

A buyer who is a consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, in accordance with Act No. 102/2014 Coll. This right does not extend to installation work already carried out with the buyer’s express consent.

6. Complaints and warranty

The goods carry the statutory 24-month warranty. Claims may be made by email at info@bezpecnaskrina.sk or by phone on +421 914 55 33 22.

7. Final provisions
