What data we process
- For an order: your name, phone number, email address, your address (where installation is booked) and optionally a photo of your panel.
- For the contact form: your name, email address, phone number and the content of your message.
Purpose and legal basis
We process your data in order to fulfil your order and carry out the installation (performance of a contract) and to communicate with you (legitimate interest). Without this data we cannot fulfil an order.
Retention period
We keep your data for as long as is necessary to perform the contract and for any period required by law (accounting records, for example, for 10 years).
Cookies and analytics
This site uses the essential technical cookies needed to run it (for example your login and an order in progress).
We also use the Meta Pixel provided by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited. It records your visit and actions such as submitting an order or the contact form, which lets us measure how our Facebook and Instagram advertising performs and show it to relevant people. In doing so, Meta may process your IP address and browser data as a separate controller.
You can switch this tracking off at any time — block third-party cookies in your browser settings, use a tracker-blocking extension, or change your ad preferences on Facebook itself.
We also measure traffic with Umami, self-hosted on our own server.
Your rights
- The right to access your data, to have it corrected and to have it erased.
- The right to restrict processing and to object to it.
- The right to lodge a complaint with the Slovak Data Protection Authority.
